It didn't take us very long to reach the gates.  
Once we were there though we had to get inside the frickin' 
things....not as easy as it sounds.  I turned to my little companion.

"Any clue how to bust through these things chicky?"
"Who me?"  More of that squeaky voice...I had to teach her to not 
sound like she had inhaled an entire container of helium.
"Yes you."
"Well...his majesty always gets mad and kicks the doors"  I grinned at
 hearing that, Jareth loosing his temper at a trap of his own devising.
...there was a certain justice in that.
"Well, I guess it's worth a try."
I marched myself up to the gates and drew my foot back and prepared 
to kick the gate with everything I had when the silly thing began to 
open by itself.
I looked at the farie and shrugged my shoulders.  
We then walked right into the Labyrinth.
